This policy applies to the public Booyakka website and enquiries submitted to the Booyakka shared Contact Centre. Product-specific processing may be described in additional notices where a Booyakka product collects different information for its own service.
Booyakka Ltd is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company or organisation, the product your enquiry relates to, enquiry type, subject and message. Our systems may also record technical information such as IP address, browser or device user-agent and submission timestamps for security and operational purposes.
If you continue a support conversation, we retain the messages, internal ticket status and correspondence associated with the ticket reference.
