Use the shared Contact Centre and select “Privacy / data request”. Tell us which Booyakka product or interaction your request relates to and what you are asking us to do.

We may need to ask for enough information to confirm identity or locate the relevant records before responding to a request. We will not ask for more information than is reasonably necessary for that purpose.
Product-specific data
Where information is held within a particular Booyakka product or on behalf of a customer organisation, the applicable product relationship may affect how the request is handled. We will route the request to the appropriate process rather than making assumptions on the corporate website.
