Acceptable Use Policy

Expected behaviour

Users must use Booyakka systems lawfully, respect other users and avoid activity that threatens the security, availability or integrity of our services.

Not permitted

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, data or administrative functions.
• Introducing malware, malicious code or intentionally harmful content.
• Using automated traffic, scraping or abusive request volumes in a way that disrupts the service.
• Using Booyakka services for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or deceptive activity.
• Circumventing technical restrictions, security controls or usage limits without permission.
• Submitting content that you do not have the right to use or disclose.

Response to misuse

Where necessary to protect users or services, we may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict access in accordance with applicable service terms, contracts and law.
